Privacy Policy

TraqSIM ("TraqSIM", "we", "us") sells prepaid travel eSIM data plans through traqsim.com. For the personal information described in this policy, TraqSIM is the data controller. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.

We keep our data collection to the minimum needed to sell and deliver your eSIM:

• Email address — to deliver your eSIM, verify you when you look up your plans, and contact you about your order.
• Order details — order number, destination, plan size and validity, price paid, currency, order date and status, payment reference supplied by our payment processor, the eSIM identifiers issued to you (such as ICCID and QR / activation code), and any support notes about your order.
• Terms acceptance record — the date and time you agreed to our Terms & Conditions and the version you agreed to.

We do not collect or keep anything else. We do not ask for or store your name, postal address, phone number, passport or ID, and we never see or store your credit card or other payment details.

Payments are processed entirely by our payment processors, Stripe and PayPal. You enter your payment details directly with them; they handle that information under their own privacy policies and security standards (PCI-DSS). We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and a payment reference so we can match it to your order.

• To process your purchase and deliver and activate your eSIM.
• To let you securely look up your plans and top-up options using a one-time code sent to your email.
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• To prevent fraud, handle refunds and chargebacks, and keep accounting and tax records.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share only what is necessary with:

• Our eSIM provisioning partner (ResellPortal) and the underlying mobile network operators — only the order details needed to issue and activate your eSIM. They act as our service providers / data processors.
• Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) — to take your payment.
• Hosting and email providers that run our website and send our emails.
• Authorities — where required by law, court order, or to protect our rights or prevent fraud.

When you use your eSIM abroad, the local mobile network handles your connection under its own policies. We do not see your browsing activity or the content of your data usage.

We keep your email address and order information indefinitely so you can retrieve your eSIM details, request top-ups or support, and so we can meet tax, accounting and dispute requirements — or for any longer period required by law. You may ask us to delete your information at any time (see section 8); we will do so except where we must keep certain records by law.

TraqSIM is based in Ontario, Canada. Our service providers may store or process information in Canada, the United States and other countries. Where information is transferred abroad, it may be subject to the laws of those countries, and we rely on our providers' safeguards to protect it.

Depending on where you live (including under Canada's PIPEDA, the EU/UK GDPR, or US state laws such as the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with a privacy regulator. To make a request, email TraqSim@outlook.com from the email address used on your order. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls limiting order data to authorised staff, and one-time email codes before showing your plans. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you and regulators of a breach where required by law.

We use only essential cookies and local storage needed for the site to work (for example, keeping you verified or signed in). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page.
