By using traqsim.com (the "Site") or buying any eSIM data plan from TraqSIM ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or buy our services.

TraqSIM is solely a reseller of mobile data services. We do not own, operate or control any mobile network, tower or telecom equipment. Connectivity is provided by independent third-party carriers and upstream suppliers.

Because we are only a reseller, we cannot and do not provide any guarantee of service. All plans are provided "as is" and "as available". We make no promise about network availability, coverage in any location, speed, network type (3G/4G/5G), or uninterrupted service. These depend on local carriers, terrain, congestion and roaming agreements outside our control.

You are responsible for making sure your phone supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked before you buy. Our compatibility guide is for convenience only. We cannot refund or replace a plan that fails because your device is locked, blocked or not eSIM-capable.

Unless a plan says otherwise, TraqSIM plans are data-only. They do not include a phone number, cannot make or receive regular calls or SMS, and do not provide access to emergency services (911, 112, 999 or others). Always keep another way to contact emergency services.

Your eSIM QR code and setup instructions are delivered electronically after successful payment. The validity period starts on installation or first connection to a supported network in your destination, as shown on the plan page. When your data runs out or the validity ends, service stops. Unused data and time cannot be carried over or reinstated.

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time without notice. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. You are responsible for any taxes or bank fees that apply to your purchase.

Plans that have not been installed or connected to any network may be refunded if requested within 14 days of purchase.

Once an eSIM has been installed, scanned or connected to a network it is considered used and is non-refundable. If a verified supplier fault prevents service and you contacted us while in your destination with screenshots and helped us troubleshoot, we may offer a credit or refund at our discretion.

You may not use our plans for illegal activity, fraud, spam, network abuse or resale. Carriers may slow down or suspend service if usage breaks their fair-use rules or local law, and we are not responsible for such actions.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, TraqSIM and its owners, staff and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses — including lost profits, travel disruption, missed bookings, lost data or business interruption — arising from buying, using or being unable to use our services.

Our total liability for all claims is limited to the greater of (a) US $1.00, or (b) the total amount you paid to TraqSIM in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to hold TraqSIM harmless from claims or losses caused by your misuse of the service or breach of these terms.

We may update these terms at any time. The version posted on this page applies to purchases made after the update date.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable within Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario for any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the Site.
